I started the program about five weeks ago. A little apprehensive at the start. I have never been a fan of crash diets and one of the most important things for me was to include what I eat but still progress. This program has done that. The best mindset shift for me is water. For a person, Who has never drank a lot of water throughout the day. I am now drinking almost 4ltrs warm water. That’s a big win and give weeks into the program I am now conscious of what I eat and how much. As Poornima says, when you are doing the right things, weight loss becomes an additional benefit. Losing 4kgs in 5 weeks has been that added benefit. Feel more active and energetic throughout the day.
